1. About these terms

These terms explain how our website, enquiries and vehicle offers work. Each vehicle purchase is made under a separate written agreement with you. If these terms and your written agreement differ, your written agreement applies.

2. Information on this website

Images are illustrative and may not show a particular vehicle. Specifications are typical and vary by vehicle. Availability, specification, price and import eligibility are confirmed for each vehicle in writing before you commit.

3. Ready to Buy

Ready to Buy vehicles are selected and purchased by us. Availability and collection timing vary by vehicle. You may inspect the vehicle in Australia before paying.

4. Sourced to Order

For Sourced to Order, we purchase the vehicle in Japan, to your agreed brief, and import it in our name. Ownership transfers to you in Australia once compliance is complete. Sourcing and purchasing depend on availability, auction and Japanese dealer results, and import eligibility. We agree a written budget and the expected total with you before any purchase. We cannot guarantee that a particular vehicle can be found or that any saving will be achieved.

5. Prices, deposits and payments

All amounts are in Australian dollars. We confirm an all-inclusive landed price in writing before purchase. A $1,000 AUD sourcing deposit starts the search. Deposit terms, refund conditions, payment terms and all fees are set out in your written agreement before any bidding or purchase takes place.

6. Import, compliance and registration

Eligibility, import approval, compliance and registration requirements depend on the vehicle and its import pathway. Costs and requirements are discussed and confirmed before you commit.

7. Timing

Delivery and collection timeframes are estimates. Sea freight schedules are outside our control, and timing cannot be guaranteed.

8. Finance

We do not provide credit or credit advice. Finance is subject to the assessment and approval of your lender or broker. Terms, rates and fees are set by your lender or broker.

9. Your consumer rights and statutory warranty

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld), including any cooling-off period and statutory warranty that applies to your purchase.

Where a statutory warranty applies to a vehicle under Queensland law, we provide that warranty in full accordance with the applicable legislation. The warranty that applies to a particular vehicle, including its duration and coverage, depends on the vehicle itself and is confirmed in your written purchase agreement before you commit. Please contact us for the warranty position that applies to any vehicle you are considering.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including shipping delays, auction results and changes in regulation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
