OUR VISION

Building a Connected Global Automotive Network

Global by design. Growing by markets.

LONG-TERM VISION

X — Where Markets Connect.

Our long-term vision is to build a connected international automotive sourcing and distribution network, linking multiple vehicle sourcing markets with suitable destinations.

Our approach combines centralised coordination, cross-border sourcing, flexible distribution and local market partnerships. Rather than relying solely on physical expansion, we aim to develop a scalable business structure that can adapt to the requirements and opportunities of different markets.

Alongside our current Australian operations, our New Zealand company is being established, and we plan to explore the establishment of local companies in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Dubai in the UAE and the United States as the business develops.

Countries can become sourcing markets, destinations or future operating locations; cities connect through vehicle transport and delivery; new routes open between markets as commercial opportunity, local regulation and operating conditions allow.

We believe in building the right structure, developing each market according to its commercial potential, and connecting suitable vehicles with the right destinations.

OUR GLOBAL BUSINESS MODEL

Centrally coordinated. Flexibly distributed.

We aim to grow through unified coordination, cross-border sourcing, logistics and local partners — rather than relying on opening a physical showroom in every city. This is what the X stands for in practice: separate markets, connected through one structure.

GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE NETWORK

Multiple sources. Multiple destinations.

Japan and the United States are two separate sourcing markets. Each route is assessed on its own demand, vehicle specifications, import regulations and commercial opportunity. Across borders, the X is about connecting countries.

OUR GLOBAL STRUCTURE

A long-term structure, built market by market.

X Auto Trading’s long-term vision includes developing locally established businesses across key automotive markets. Alongside our Australian operations, our New Zealand company is being established, and we plan to explore company establishment in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Dubai, UAE, and the United States as the business develops and the relevant requirements are met.

OUR DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Three directions, pursued in parallel.

01

DESIGN THE NETWORK

Plan sourcing markets, destinations, logistics, local operating requirements and potential partnership models as one structure.

02

DEVELOP MARKET ROUTES

Alongside current operations, research, test and prepare other markets in parallel. Each route develops on its own conditions, without waiting for another to mature.

03

CONNECT & SCALE

As routes become ready to operate, connect them into a wider international sourcing and sales network and explore new opportunities.

A strategic framework, not a fixed timetable.
